Really disappointed. The place needs maintenance. The room was ok. Enough for one night. The only advantage is that they let your dog to stay for an accessible extra price (300 mxn). The location is good, but the access to the hotel is a little awkward.
Service was great, room was comfortable, the only thing we didn't like was that the way they have the TV doesnt let you connect an HDMI cable, and I needed it to connect my laptop and my Nintendo switch just to have fun while I was at the hotel hahaha, but everything else was alright, recommended
I spent a couple of days at this hotel and found it to be very clean, great custmer sevice and very safe. It is next to a major mall were there are resturants as well as having a resturant in the downstairs lobby. Although Make fluent in the langish the have no english speaking clerks but was not a problem.
I liked the lobby, they have a bar, I don't think it was open when we arrived, the lights ambience was nice, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was small but clean, they don't offer water bottles in the room, or toiletries, they do have soap or shampoo, i don't know what it was but I still used it, it is attached to the wall inside the shower, and my biggest complaint is with the shower, the water spills outside of it, the door are made of glass and don't close completely, water was all over the floor and it can be dangerous.

Wow. What a stay. We really enjoyed our 4 nights at ibis Perinorte. Service was above and beyond. Jose and Alan (the managers) and the security guard (Victor) supported my wife in capturing and finding a home for a lost little dog that someone dropped off. Now this little dog that was living under a bush in the rain had a number of people applying for adoption. Thank You! We stay at a lot of ibis hotels as we travel around to different cities in Mexico shooting drone videos for our youtube channel. Its an economically prices hotels and although the rooms are often slightly smaller than some they are ALWAYS like new with very nice amenities. And the WiFi is always fast which is tough to find at most hotels in Mexico and is why we kept coming back to upload our videos.
